Climbing "Der verlorene Löffel" (The Lost Spoon) in Right Side is an experience etched in my memory. The route, a burly 8+/9- (French grade), presented a fierce challenge both physically and mentally. Right Side, known for its powerful and often slightly overhanging walls, provided the perfect setting for this test. The crux involved a sequence of powerful crimps and precise footwork, demanding absolute focus and commitment. Each hold felt like a hard-won victory. The relief at clipping the chains was immense, a testament to the effort poured into conquering this iconic line. The satisfaction of overcoming such a demanding climb, surrounded by the beauty of Right Side, made it a truly unforgettable ascent.
