Finally! After countless attempts and unwavering determination, I managed to send the 24a (French grade, roughly 8/8+ on the UIAA scale) at Gschöss/Penken Sektor 3. The crux involved a ridiculously powerful crimp sequence leading to a tricky traverse. It felt like every muscle in my forearms was screaming, but the satisfaction of clipping the chains after that final move was indescribable. The rock was sharp and unforgiving, but the views from the top were absolutely worth the effort. A truly memorable climb!
