Weg zum Licht

Climbing "Weg zum Licht" (8-) was an unforgettable experience. The name translates to "Path to Light", and the route lived up to it in every way. The sustained, technical climbing demanded precise footwork and unwavering commitment. From the powerful crux at the beginning, with its tricky undercling and awkward body positioning, to the sustained crimps and thin holds higher up, every move felt like a puzzle. The exposure added to the mental challenge, forcing you to stay focused and trust your abilities. Reaching the anchor, bathed in the golden light of the setting sun, was a moment of pure exhilaration. The satisfaction of overcoming such a demanding route, both physically and mentally, was immense. It's a climb I'll cherish for a long time.
