Weibchen

Climbing "Weibchen" (Grade 5) in Murmeltierfelsen was a rewarding experience. The route starts with some relatively easy face climbing, allowing you to settle into the rock and find your rhythm. As you progress, the holds become a bit more sparse and require careful footwork and confident hand placements. There's a definite feeling of exposure, especially towards the top, adding to the thrill. The rock itself is generally solid, but it's always wise to check each hold before committing. Successfully topping out grants a fantastic view of the surrounding area, making the effort worthwhile.
