Overview

Grade: ?

Climbing 'Projekt 2' in 'Rozpůlený hřeben' (Split Ridge) is a quintessential experience for any serious climber visiting the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks in the Czech Republic. Graded around VIIc (Czech scale), it's a demanding route on the iconic sandstone towers. The climb is known for its technical sequences, delicate moves, and the characteristic minimalist protection inherent to sandstone climbing in this region. Navigating the unique features of Rozpůlený hřeben, climbers are presented with exposed sections and breathtaking views of the surrounding rock city. It's not just a physical challenge but also a mental one, requiring precision, nerve, and a deep appreciation for the traditional ethics of Adršpach. Completing Projekt 2 is a significant achievement, leaving climbers with lasting memories of a truly classic ascent in one of Europe's most unique climbing areas.
