Just climbed "Club der Arbeitsscheuen" (Grade 8) in "Sektor Digitus" – and what a ride! The name, meaning 'Club of the Work-Shy,' is utterly ironic, because this route demands serious effort. As the sector's name, 'Digitus' (Finger), implies, it's all about intricate finger strength. The climb starts with some deceptive but sustained moves, quickly leading into a demanding, crimpy crux. Every small hold required precise body tension and delicate footwork. My fingers were screaming by the top, but pulling over the final lip was a truly satisfying triumph. It felt like earning my membership in the 'club' the hard way, definitely not for the lazy!
