Erste Verschneidung

Our ascent of 'Erste Verschneidung' (Grade III) in Sektor OBEN was a truly rewarding experience. As its name suggests, the route predominantly follows a beautiful, prominent corner system. Despite its moderate grade, the climb offers engaging movement on solid rock, with plenty of good holds and placements for protection. The exposure grows gradually, leading to increasingly spectacular views over the surrounding landscape as you ascend. It's a classic three-star route for a reason – a perfect blend of comfortable climbing and alpine atmosphere, making it ideal for those seeking a charming multi-pitch adventure without extreme demands. Highly recommended for a delightful day out on the rock.
