The rock quality is generally excellent, providing solid holds and secure footing. The crux involved a delicate traverse with some small crimps, requiring careful footwork and body positioning. After the crux, the climbing eased off a bit, allowing for a more relaxed ascent to the summit. The views from the Sonnjoch are breathtaking, making the effort well worth it.
