Climbing the Henne Klettersteig (variant D) was a fantastic experience! The B grade makes it accessible to confident beginners and those looking for a shorter, less demanding via ferrata. The route itself is well-maintained, with solid cables and adequate foot and handholds. The exposure is moderate, providing thrilling views without being overly intimidating. Some sections require a bit of upper body strength, especially when traversing across exposed rock faces, but overall it's a good workout. The scenery is beautiful, with panoramic vistas of the surrounding mountains. Descending was relatively straightforward, following a well-marked trail. Overall, a highly recommended climb for a fun and rewarding day out!
