Potíž

Climbing "Potíž" (grade 6) in "Divočina" was a fantastic experience. The route itself is characterized by its powerful, sustained moves on slightly overhanging rock. The holds are mostly good, but require precise footwork and efficient body positioning to avoid getting pumped out quickly. A key sequence involves a long reach to a small crimp followed by a dynamic move to a jug. The exposure is considerable, adding a mental challenge to the physical demands. The rock in "Divočina" is generally solid and provides excellent friction, making it a pleasure to climb despite the difficulty. Successfully sending "Potíž" felt like a real accomplishment, a testament to perseverance and technique. The beauty of the surrounding "Divočina" landscape only added to the overall satisfaction.
