Conquering 'Křečík' in 'Dvoupatrák' was a truly memorable experience. This route, graded at 8/8+, presents a challenging mix of technical climbing and power moves. The initial crux involved precise footwork on small crimps and a long reach to a marginal hold. After that, a series of powerful pulls led to a more comfortable rest before the final, surprisingly strenuous moves to the anchors. The exposed position and incredible rock quality of 'Dvoupatrák' added to the overall feeling of accomplishment. It's a climb that demands both physical strength and mental fortitude, and one I highly recommend to any climber looking for a hard, rewarding challenge in the Czech Republic.
