Our recent climbing trip to the Graz Mountains was highlighted by the ascent of 'Magic Live,' a fantastic route graded 7-. This climb truly lives up to its name, offering a magical blend of technical sections and rewarding flow. The limestone was grippy, providing excellent holds where needed, but also presenting engaging cruxes that demanded precision and strength. As we ascended, the panoramic views of the surrounding Graz landscape unfolded, making every hard-won move even more worthwhile. Reaching the anchors, a sense of deep satisfaction washed over us – not just for conquering the physical challenge, but for immersing ourselves in the stunning natural beauty of the mountains. 'Magic Live' is undoubtedly a must-do for anyone visiting the area, providing a memorable and exhilarating experience.
