Climbing the Nordgrat (North Ridge) of Großvenediger (Grade 4-) is a classic and highly rewarding alpine experience. This exposed and often icy route offers stunning panoramic views and a challenging climb to the summit of one of Austria's highest peaks. The Nordgrat demands solid mountaineering skills, including proficiency in ice axe and crampon technique, rope management, and glacier travel.
