Hansi Hop

The Gutenstein Alps beckoned with their jagged limestone, and our goal for the day was the famed 'Hansi Hop', a solid 7-. From the first delicate moves on polished rock, it demanded precision. The route then steepened, presenting a sequence that felt like a puzzle requiring both power and subtle body English. Reaching the chain, with arms burning but spirits high, the panoramic view of the rolling green hills and distant peaks was our reward. 'Hansi Hop' is more than just a climb; it's a memorable experience on fantastic rock, a true testament to its grade.
