I recently had the opportunity to climb "Kejrum - strop středem" at Hlinecká věž (Hlinec Tower). While I don't have the exact grade, the style of climbing on Hlinecká věž suggests it's likely in the grade range of 6a to 7a (French scale), depending on the specific route and variations. "Kejrum - strop středem" directly translates to "Kejrum - ceiling through the middle," which immediately clues you into the challenging nature of the climb. Expect overhanging terrain and powerful moves. It demands good technique, core strength, and the ability to read the rock to find holds and execute efficient sequences. The rock on Hlinecká věž is typically solid, but pay attention to any loose holds, especially on less-traveled routes. Reaching the top is incredibly rewarding, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Definitely a must-try for climbers looking for a challenging and aesthetically pleasing experience at Hlinecká věž. Make sure to check local guidebooks and climbing forums for the most accurate grade and recent conditions before heading out.
