Climbing "Stará cesta" (Grade 5) in Horní skála is a classic and rewarding experience. The route offers a good introduction to traditional climbing on sandstone, with generally solid rock and well-placed protection. The grade is relatively moderate, making it accessible to climbers with some experience on similar terrain. Expect enjoyable climbing with varied holds, traversing sections, and opportunities for placing your own gear. The views from the top are a definite highlight, showcasing the beauty of the surrounding landscape. A great choice for a day out in the Adršpach-Teplice Rocks!
