Right gilette — 7-, Kobyla 7-

Climbing "Right gilette" (7-) was a memorable experience. The route itself demands a good mix of technical footwork and sustained power. The initial lower section is relatively straightforward, a series of positive holds leading into a slight overhang. This overhang is the crux, requiring a powerful pull and careful foot placement to negotiate. After the crux, the angle eases slightly, but the climbing remains engaging with smaller crimps and precise movement. The final section, while easier, requires maintaining focus to avoid slipping off after the physical demands of the crux. The rock quality is excellent throughout, and the position offers fantastic views (assuming you take a moment to appreciate them!). Overall, "Right gilette" is a rewarding climb that offers a solid challenge at the 7- grade and is well worth seeking out.
