Climbing "Rucola" on the Martinswand is a classic experience, offering sustained climbing on solid limestone. The route is graded 5+/6- (UIAA) and features varied climbing techniques, including face climbing, stemming, and the occasional crimp. Expect generally good protection with well-placed bolts, making it a reasonably safe but still engaging climb. The views from the route are spectacular, overlooking the Inn Valley. The Martinswand itself is a popular climbing destination, so expect potential crowds, especially on weekends. Be sure to bring sufficient quickdraws and a rope suitable for multi-pitch routes. While the individual pitches aren't exceptionally long, the overall length of the route provides a worthwhile challenge and a satisfying sense of accomplishment upon reaching the top.
