Climbing "Normálka" (Normal Route, grade 2) on Ostrá skalka (Pastýř) is a classic and enjoyable experience for beginner climbers or those looking for a relaxed day out. Ostrá skalka, also known as Pastýř (Shepherd), offers beautiful views and relatively easy climbing, making it a popular destination. "Normálka" typically follows a fairly obvious line up the face, with good holds and moderate exposure. While generally straightforward, climbers should still be comfortable with basic climbing techniques and rope management. A belayer is essential, and a few quickdraws are recommended to protect the route. The rock can sometimes be polished, so paying attention to foot placement is crucial. Overall, "Normálka" on Ostrá skalka is a great introduction to multi-pitch climbing and a fantastic way to experience the beauty of the region.

- Rock sectors of the Žďárské vrchy have the status of specially protected areas (natural monuments or reserves)
- The following applies to all sectors except Čtyři palice:
- Access to the rocks by the shortest routes from marked tourist routes
- Climbing on objects other than marked ones and outside the permitted period only with a written permit from the PLA administration
- Use magnesium only with written permission from the PLA administration - replacement and installation of belays and marking of rocks and routes only with written consent from the PLA administration
- Organizing sports, tourist and other events only with the written consent of the PLA administration
