Our destination was Pod duhou, a crag whispered about in Czech climbing circles. Today's objective: 'LSD', a seemingly modest grade 5 route. Don't let the grade fool you; it's a delightful ascent. The rock, a solid sandstone, offered positive holds and intuitive movement. It felt more like a dance than a struggle, a flowing sequence up a well-defined line. The name 'Pod duhou' (Under the Rainbow) truly captures the essence of the place – serene, almost magical, with light filtering through the trees. The climbing itself was a pure joy, a rhythmic progression upwards. Reaching the anchors, the view unfurled, a panorama of green valleys and distant rock formations. 'LSD' isn't about pushing limits; it's about pure climbing pleasure, a beautiful experience on perfect rock. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a classic, enjoyable climb.
