Climbing the 4.SL/35m/5+ pitch in Ratengrat was a memorable experience. The route itself presented a good challenge for the grade, demanding thoughtful footwork and efficient movement. The rock was generally solid, offering positive holds, although some sections required a bit more attention to avoid loose patches. The exposure increased gradually throughout the pitch, adding to the overall excitement. Reaching the belay station at the top of the 35-meter section felt rewarding, with stunning views of the surrounding landscape providing a welcome break before continuing on the next pitch. It's a great climb for anyone looking to progress at this grade within a beautiful setting.
