Approach 1.5 meters to the left of the start of the 'Pilíř' route - directly up under a prominent slab - to the ring, over it into the slab and up to the small ledge. Slightly left along the broken edge up into small slabs / birch / - over the slabs slightly right to another ledge and up the pillar to the summit.
