Overview

Grade: 6-

From the terrace on the NE side, up the wall to the hole, then left and up to the ledge to the bolt. To the right up the wall and via the hollow to the summit.
Dolze's route was originally set up with side belays, where one rope was stretched around the tower from the right and the other from the left. Belaying was done from the fore-summit, from which the Old Route is climbed. According to those who climbed Dolze's route, if the first climber was in trouble, it was enough to shout, both ropes would tighten, and even below the bolt, one could comfortably sit in them, and there was no risk of falling to the ground.
