Climbing "Klasik" at Stříška is a classic experience, even at a grade of 7- (UIAA). The route is known for its sustained power and technical crux. It often requires precise footwork on small holds and controlled body positioning to overcome the roof (hence the sector's name, "Stříška" which translates to "little roof" or "eave"). The rock is typically solid, offering decent friction, but the holds can be polished from years of traffic. A good redpoint effort here necessitates efficient movement, strong fingers, and mental fortitude to push through the pump on the sustained sections. Consider bringing a few extra quickdraws, as the route's length and slight traverse can eat them up quickly.
