Via Ferrata de Florav, graded E/F, is an absolutely demanding and exposed route requiring significant experience, physical fitness, and a complete understanding of via ferrata techniques. It's not for beginners! The rock is generally solid, but expect challenging overhangs, traverses that demand serious arm strength, and sections where route finding requires careful attention. The exposure is constant and breathtaking (or terrifying, depending on your perspective!). Prepare for long sections of sustained difficulty, where rests are infrequent and require creative solutions. Weather conditions can dramatically alter the experience, making it significantly more dangerous in rain or wind. A helmet, harness, via ferrata set (with energy absorber), gloves, and appropriate footwear are mandatory. Carry sufficient water and snacks, and let someone know your plans. Only experienced and confident climbers should attempt this via ferrata.
