Climbing 'TOP stěnka' (Grade VI UIAA) in the 'Top' climbing area is a classic experience for any intermediate climber. Despite its name, 'stěnka' (Czech for 'small wall'), the route offers surprisingly varied and engaging climbing. Graded VI (UIAA), it typically means good holds are available, but precise footwork and thoughtful body positioning are crucial. You'll encounter a mix of slabby sections, perhaps some small cracks, and occasionally a more technical move that keeps you on your toes. The exposure can be exhilarating, especially as you gain height, and the views from the top of the 'Top' crag are often spectacular, making the effort truly rewarding. 'TOP stěnka' is a beloved route precisely because it strikes an excellent balance between challenge and enjoyment, making it a perfect benchmark for the grade and a thoroughly satisfying ascent.
