Rock Climbing
Climbing 'Protisvah - pravá var.' (grade 8) in 'Totemová' was a truly demanding experience. The 'Totemová' wall, with its characteristic sculpted features, presents a unique challenge. 'Protisvah - pravá var.' is a beautiful line, following a direct and exposed path. The crux moves involved precise footwork on small crimps and powerful pulls on slightly overhanging holds. Maintaining composure and body tension was key to navigating the technical sections. The mental game was significant, requiring focus and trust in the marginal holds. The sense of accomplishment upon reaching the top was immense, a testament to the effort and dedication required to overcome this classic route.
