Blátotlačka — 3, Vogon 3

Climbing 'Blátotlačka' (Grade 3) in the infamous Vogon Sector isn't about technical prowess as much as it is about sheer, unadulterated grim determination. The route primarily traverses a series of slick, pre-Cambrian mudstone slabs, aptly named 'Blátotlačka' (Czech for 'mud press' or 'mud footprint'), interspersed with sections of surprisingly stable, though aesthetically unappealing, Vogonian basalt.

The 'crux,' if one can call it that, is less about difficult moves and more about navigating the perpetual, slightly acidic drizzle and the occasional, unsettlingly sentient, moss patch. Protection is sparse, mainly relying on natural features and the sheer psychological pressure of knowing you're on Vogon. While not physically demanding for an experienced climber, the psychological toll of the Vogonian atmosphere – heavy with bureaucratic malaise and the faint echoes of truly terrible poetry – makes it a unique experience.
