Adam Ondra’s new Dolomites film is out: two generations on the south face of Marmolada — the classic Fish (Attraverso il Pesce / Der Weg durch den Fisch) with Pietro Dal Prà, then the modern multipitch Ego Land with Bernardo Rivadossi.

The Fish was first climbed in 1981 by Igor Koller and Jindřich Šustr and remains a serious, sparsely protected alpine classic (crux around 7b/+). Ego Land (opened 2024 by Rivadossi, Massimo Faletti and Luca Bana) is about 410 m over ten pitches, up to 8c/+, and has already drawn repeats from Edu Marín, Marcello Bombardi, Enzo Oddo and Louna Ladevant.
