Today, I climbed "Řvoucí hrůza" (Screaming Horror, 7-) in the Gigant sector. The name is quite fitting! The route is a sustained sequence of powerful crimps and precarious foot placements. The crux involved a committing reach to a shallow hold, followed by a dynamic move to gain the arete. My fingers were burning, and my calves were screaming by the time I clipped the chains, but the satisfaction of topping out was immense. A truly classic route!
