Gelber Riss

Climbing "Gelber Riss" (Yellow Crack) in the Hochschwab Group is a truly memorable experience. This classic route, graded at 6+ (UIAA), offers a challenging yet rewarding ascent on solid limestone. Located within the stunning Hochschwab mountain range of Austria, the climb presents a mix of technical face climbing, stemming, and of course, crack climbing in the prominent yellow crack that gives the route its name.
