Froschkönig

Climbing "Froschkönig" (7-) in Hohe Wand is an experience etched in my memory. The route, true to its name, seemed to slither up the limestone face, demanding careful footwork and precise hand placements. The crux involved a delicate traverse requiring full commitment and a good understanding of body positioning. The exposure was breathtaking, offering panoramic views of the surrounding Austrian landscape. Reaching the top, a mix of relief and exhilaration washed over me, knowing I had conquered this demanding and beautiful climb. The Hohe Wand, with its challenging climbs like "Froschkönig", continues to be a climbing paradise.
