Climbing "Schmitt und Co" (grade 4-) on the Ödsteinkarturm is a classic alpine experience, offering enjoyable climbing on solid rock with stunning views. The route itself is relatively short, making it a great introduction to alpine climbing for those with some experience. The climbing is mostly face climbing with good holds, interspersed with some traverses and small ledges. While the grade is moderate (4-), the alpine environment should not be underestimated.
