Oberer Annysteig

Climbing the "Oberer Annysteig" on Peilstein is a classic experience, offering fantastic views and sustained climbing at a solid 6- (UIAA). The route is well-protected with bolts, making it relatively safe for climbers comfortable at the grade. Expect engaging slab climbing, some slightly overhanging sections, and thoughtful footwork throughout. The exposure adds to the thrill, especially near the top.
