Pinákl

Climbing "Pinákl" (grade 7) in "Pinnacle" was a memorable experience. The route lived up to its name, presenting a sharp, exposed arête that demanded both physical strength and technical precision. From the very beginning, the holds were small and crimpy, forcing constant adjustments and mindful weight distribution. The crux, located about halfway up, involved a committing move off a shallow pocket to a sloping side pull. It required a burst of power and unwavering confidence. After navigating that section, the angle eased slightly, but the route never let up. The final moves to the anchor were a delicate dance of balance and trust, leading to a satisfying finish with breathtaking views from the summit. Overall, "Pinákl" was a challenging and rewarding climb, a true test of skill and determination that left me with a deep appreciation for the rock and the experience.
