Approach the pillar to the left of Kazatelna (Pulpit). Up over the overhang and slightly diagonally left (piton, ring) to a small ledge (2nd ring). From there, up past an old very rusty piton to an overhanging wall (small friend) and across it slightly rightwards. Easier lichen-covered terrain to the top.
