Wegscheid II

Climbing 'Wegscheid II' (graded 7-/7) on Treffauer is a demanding and rewarding alpine experience. This multi-pitch route requires solid technical skills and strong mental fortitude. Expect sustained climbing on steep, exposed rock with challenging sequences. The rock quality is generally good, but careful route finding and proper gear placement are essential. The views from the route and summit are spectacular, making the effort worthwhile. Be prepared for alpine conditions, including changing weather and potential rockfall.
