Climbing "Věšák" (grade 4) in Vávrova skála is a delightful experience for beginner to intermediate climbers. The route is generally well-protected with bolts, making it a safe and enjoyable climb. The rock is mostly solid, offering good holds. The 'coat hanger' (věšák) feature, which gives the route its name, is a fun and memorable part of the climb. While relatively short, the route offers a good introduction to the vertical movement and requires some basic technique. Expect a slightly overhanging start, followed by more slabby terrain. Overall, Věšák is a classic Vávrova skála climb and a great choice for those looking to hone their skills or simply enjoy a scenic outdoor climb.

- Rock sectors of the Žďárské vrchy have the status of specially protected areas (natural monuments or reserves)
- The following applies to all sectors except Čtyři palice:
- Access to the rocks by the shortest routes from marked tourist routes
- Climbing on objects other than marked ones and outside the permitted period only with a written permit from the PLA administration
- Use magnesium only with written permission from the PLA administration - replacement and installation of belays and marking of rocks and routes only with written consent from the PLA administration
- Organizing sports, tourist and other events only with the written consent of the PLA administration

OVK: first ascents are prohibited
