Rock Climbing Traditional Climbing
To the right of the Great Slab, traverse left from the corner along a ledge (watch) and either straight up, or left along the slab at the edge to a large belay stance. Along the edge to the next ledge and left through a wide overhanging crack, corner and face climb straight to the summit.
Rules
Part of the terrain is in the Jizerskohorské Beech Forest National Nature Reserve. Climbing in the reserve is allowed year-round only on designated objects and in areas defined in the map appendix. It is not allowed to modify and change the surface of the rock, ice climbing is allowed with sufficient ice thickness in designated sectors. Drytooling is only allowed in the quarry in Oldřichov. Bird nesting must be reported. - Magnesium is only allowed from grade VIIIb of the Jizera scale.

- The Jizera Mountains climbing rules apply.
- Chalk is allowed only from grade VIIIb (Jizera scale).
Climbing in the Jizera Mountains PLA is governed by Order No. 200/1999 and OOP No. 4/2021. In zone 1 climbing off marked trails is banned except on the traditional crags listed in the OOP annex; in zone 2 climbing is allowed on all rock objects, but bouldering is not. Check the ČHS crag database.
