La région de Klatovy regroupe de nombreux petits rochers – les plus grands sont Skály u Tupadel, Matějkovna, Kamýk près de Švihov, Hřebenáč, Majerovy skály près de Rejštejn, Lomy Rabí et Osobovská skála. L'escalade est surtout traditionnelle, avec friends, protections fixes et textiles. Vérifier les restrictions auprès de la fédération tchèque d'alpinisme avant de partir.
