Plzeň Sud regroupe de nombreux sites d'escalade au sud de Plzeň. Le plus grand est Loupensko, puis Vlčtejn, Jindřín et Jindřín Rozsocha, la Hradecká skála près de Holýšov, le Velký kámen près de Neuraz, le Blažtický hřeben, Vysoká et Skalice près de Prádlo. L'escalade est surtout traditionnelle, avec friends, protections fixes et textiles. Vérifier les restrictions auprès de la fédération tchèque d'alpinisme avant de partir.
