Gola Nordest – Jôf Fuart is a fascinating via ferrata located in the Julian Alps, near the border between Italy and Slovenia. This route is known for its stunning views and challenging terrain, making it a favorite among experienced climbers.

### Route Description:
The route starts from the parking lot at Ovčja Vas/Valbruna. From there, climbers follow a marked path to Rifugio Pellarini. The trail continues on route 616, leading to a crossroads where climbers should take the right path towards Sella Nabois. The path then crosses a wide stream and continues up the valley.

As climbers ascend, they will encounter a mix of pine and larch trees, eventually reaching a crossroads marked with "NE Gola" directing them left. The route then leads across scree towards the northeastern part of Jôf Fuart. The via ferrata is well-secured but requires some free climbing skills up to level II.

### Descent:
The recommended descent is via Sella Nevea, descending past the Corsi hut into the valley. Alternatively, climbers can take the Anita Goitan route to Trbiška Škrbinica, but should avoid descending into the closed and dangerous ravine.
