Approach via Okovy route - direct variation to the first rappel anchor of Okovy, from there directly up over three bolts to the last belay of Poldova route, from there directly up and slightly diagonally right to another bolt and over two more bolts directly up to the rappel anchor in the pillar of Nebeský kout.
