Climbing "Pravý zimní žlab" (Grade 3-) on "Hlavní skála (Vyhlídka)" is a classic winter experience. The route, meaning "Right Winter Gully" on the "Main Rock (Viewpoint)," typically involves navigating a snow-filled gully, often with sections of firm névé or potentially even some easy mixed climbing depending on conditions. Grade 3- suggests relatively straightforward climbing, but winter conditions can significantly alter the difficulty. Expect to use crampons and an ice axe, and be prepared for potential avalanche hazards. The view from the top of Hlavní skála is, as the name suggests, rewarding. Proper winter gear, avalanche safety knowledge, and experience in winter mountaineering are essential before attempting this route.

- Rock sectors of the Žďárské vrchy have the status of specially protected areas (natural monuments or reserves)
- The following applies to all sectors except Čtyři palice:
- Access to the rocks by the shortest routes from marked tourist routes
- Climbing on objects other than marked ones and outside the permitted period only with a written permit from the PLA administration
- Use magnesium only with written permission from the PLA administration - replacement and installation of belays and marking of rocks and routes only with written consent from the PLA administration
- Organizing sports, tourist and other events only with the written consent of the PLA administration
