Tape dich

Climbing "Tape dich" (7-) on the Obere Lausbubenwand was a fantastic experience! The route is known for its powerful and sustained climbing, demanding a good mix of technique, strength, and mental fortitude. The rock is generally solid, offering a variety of holds, from crimps and pockets to more generous jugs. The crux, as I remember it, involved a tricky sequence of crimps leading to a good hold and a powerful move to overcome a slight overhang. Proper footwork was essential throughout to conserve energy. The exposure on the Obere Lausbubenwand adds to the feeling of adventure, and the view from the top is a well-deserved reward for the effort. It's a classic climb in the area and definitely worth doing for any climber operating comfortably at that grade. I would highly recommend it!
