Climbing "Mutprobe" (grade 6) in the Vienna Woods was a fantastic experience. The approach was pleasant, a gentle walk through the leafy forest, building anticipation for the climb ahead. The route itself is engaging, offering a mix of holds - some positive jugs, others requiring a bit more thought and precise footwork. The rock felt solid under my hands, and the exposure kept things interesting without feeling overly intimidating. The crux was definitely a delicate sequence in the middle, demanding good body positioning and a confident reach. Successfully navigating that section was incredibly rewarding. Topping out offered a beautiful view of the surrounding woods, a perfect moment to soak in the accomplishment and the beauty of the Vienna Woods. Overall, "Mutprobe" is a well-protected and enjoyable climb, a great introduction to outdoor climbing in this area and a worthy challenge for climbers at this grade.
