Vrabinec in the Central Bohemian Uplands offers more than 90 routes on the rocks around the castle ruin – most on Hlavní and Malá věž, Pevnost, Střední věž and Střední jehla. There are sport and trad routes with fixed and textile protection and cams; grades from 1 to 7+/8-.

Rules

OVK: - No creating routes from above without prior OVK approval - No using stable protection for slackline - No using rocks and summit books for commercial purposes; any intention must be consulted with the administrator and OVK

Nature Conservation: Climbing allowed from June 21st to April 19th for ČHS members on the towers Main Tower, Central Tower, Small Tower and Central Needle. Nature Conservation Document: Declaration of Vrabinec Nature Reserve 1993, Conservation Authority: Administration of the České Středohoří Protected Landscape Area.

The area lies in the Central Bohemian Uplands PLA, with some crags in nature reserves. Check the ČHS crag database for any restrictions.

The ČHS rules for Czech rock areas and the local regional commissions' rules apply. No climbing on wet rock and no altering holds.
