Primavera

Climbing "Primavera" (5+) on Hoher Stein is a rewarding experience! The route offers a good mix of technical climbing and exposed positions, making it a classic of the area. The rock is generally solid, but pay attention for loose holds, especially higher up. The crux move often involves a delicate traverse or a powerful pull-through, depending on your climbing style. Bring a standard rack of quickdraws and maybe a few longer slings for wandering sections. The views from the top are stunning, overlooking the surrounding landscape. Be sure to check weather conditions before heading out, as the Hoher Stein can be quite exposed.
