Overview

Grade: 5-

Climbing "Vendulka" (5-) at Oldříšská plotna (Janelův lom) offers a delightful experience on well-featured rock. The route itself is relatively short but provides a good test of technique and balance. The slabby nature of the Janelův lom area means that precise footwork is crucial, and even at the 5- grade, maintaining control and finding the small edges becomes important. Protection is generally good, but route finding might require a little attention in places. Overall, "Vendulka" is a fun and accessible climb perfect for warming up, honing slab skills, or enjoying a relaxed afternoon on the rock with beautiful views of the surrounding area.
