Sonnenfeld

Sonnenfeld is a classic rock climb of grade 6 (UIAA) located in Sektor Winkel. This route is highly regarded for its engaging and varied character. It typically begins with a somewhat technical lower section that requires precise footwork and good balance. As you ascend, the climbing becomes more sustained, often featuring excellent holds and enjoyable sequences on solid limestone. The exposure gradually increases, offering fantastic views of the surrounding area. 'Sonnenfeld' is considered a benchmark for its grade – consistently challenging but immensely rewarding, making it a must-climb for those comfortable at the 6th UIAA grade.
